**Your Day at Lowe's**

As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, help them find and select products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Minimum Qualifications**

Environmental factors vary by location. You may be working in both inside and outside weather conditions. Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, is possible. Lifting methods vary based on role, weight, and volume. Associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 75 pounds. Team lifts are used minimally starting at 75 pounds or when needed. **What You Bring To Freeport**

Summary

To perform welding activities in support of maintaining systems, components, and structural facilities of PVNGS to ensure unit reliability.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and three (3) years experience in welding craft.

Must meet requirements of ANSI 3.1 1978, ALS certifiable to ASME Section IX, XI and AWSD 1.1.

Demonstrate journeyman competence in lay out, fit up and welding techniques for system component maintenance, also be able to obtain standard NRC clearance.

Testing:

EEI MASS Test administered.

Nuclear requirement: Any PVNGS employee may be called upon to serve as a member of the Emergency Response Organization (ERO) and will be expected to fulfill their obligation as an ERO member.

This is a condition of employment at PVNGS.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Plumbing Supervisor will serve the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Plus task order in support of the U.S. Department of State (DOS). The Plumbing Supervisor is responsible for performing plumbing requirements on O&M, small construction, remodeling and renovation projects. This position provides supervision. Leadership, oversight and associated responsibilities to the plumbing team and performs a variety of plumbing trade functions, such as the installation, maintenance or repair of equipment. The duties and responsibilities listed are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

Please note: This position is located in Baghdad, Iraq and is contingent on award.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring safety is the highest priority in the workplace.

+ Comply with all Environmental & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals. Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.

+ Provide supervision, leadership, oversight and associated responsibilities for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all plumbing systems, both exterior and interior, in multiple buildings and living quarters, including the kitchen facility.

+ Read and understand blueprints, drawings and specifications.

+ Inspect structures to ascertain obstructions that would compromise the structural integrity of the building. Coordinate with other trades to avoid conflict between the plumbing and other work.

+ Lay out all plumbing systems to be straight, plumb and on grade as needed. For remodeling, ability to determine possible obstructions before drilling holes in finished walls, floors or ceilings.

+ Responsible for the daily work schedules.

+ Track preventative maintenance and make changes as needed.

+ Plan and estimate labor and materials for future projects. Order materials and equipment needed for projects.

+ Track and order materials and equipment for daily operations.

+ Maintain accurate records for safety meetings, work hours, work orders, training and inventory of shop stock materials, tools and equipment.

+ Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure all workers follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.

+ Prepare appropriate documents for digging and space permits, and, as needed, Job hazardous Analyst (JHA) forms.

+ Work and coordinate with plumbing foreman and plumbing leads to delegate responsibility so there is cross training to account for days off and

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ Plumber vocational diploma or successful completion of an apprentice program with a Journeyman License or equivalent experience.

+ Two (2) years’ experience as a Master Plumber, ten (10) years’ experience as a Journeyman Plumber, or meet any U.S. state licensing board requirements for a Master Plumber license.

+ Three (3) years’ supervisory experience in the plumbing trade.

+ Experience working with CPVC, PVC, PEX, copper, galvanized steel and brass pipe and fittings.

+ US Citizen

+ US Passport with minimum one plus year validity remaining.

+ Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

+ Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

+ Must currently possess a U.S. Government (USG) issued Secret security clearance and /or a favorable USG Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) certification prior to being hired is required for the position. The Multi Services Technician ensures the smooth, efficient, and profitable operation of the assigned building project by ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all required work and by attaining the utmost in customer satisfaction.

Reports to: Facility Manager, Assistant Facility Manager, Operations Manager, Building Engineer Supervisor, or Chief Engineer.

**BASIC FUNCTION:**

+ Responsible for maintaining a high standard of maintenance work for electrical equipment and systems

+ Ensure that the electrical activities tied to all systems of a building, or group of buildings are performed effectively and efficiently.

+ Expected to handle a wide range of operational and support-related tasks.

+ Provide optimal customer relations and operations management.

+ Directs the electrical maintenance and repair program of a relatively large facility or complex of buildings through subordinate supervisors.

+ Plans and prioritizes master work schedule.

+ Coordinates major usage changes.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Monitoring and maintaining all building and mission critical facilities equipment.

+ Performs a variety of electrical tasks safely, including installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, testing, repairing and installation in commercial buildings.

+ Operates facility equipment in accordance with policies and procedures.

+ Perform daily/weekly/monthly walk-through of customer facilities in support of data center and office operations.

+ Perform tests and rounds, and analyze the data to ensure proper functioning and operating parameters of equipment.

+ Perform preventive maintenance on all building equipment to ensure efficient operation of all building systems.

+ Keep close track of the performance of all Electrical equipment within the building and the respective working area.

+ Document all work performed and take active role in the process improvement/quality improvement process.

+ Participate and ensure complete success of preventive maintenance program of managed building assets

+ Keeps management informed of job needs, progress and issues.

+ Resolves job site conflicts regarding installation issues or escalates concerns to management as required.

+ Work with voltage that ranges from 24V AC/DC on up to 480V AC.

+ May assist Engineering Manager/Foreman with electrical estimates, including walking retrofit projects.

+ Participate in departmental meetings, training, and business updates.

+ Assist in energy conservation programs, follow up with team to determine ways to save electricity and HVAC during unoccupied times.

+ To attend all safety and fire training and adhere to safety instructions at work to prevent any accidents.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS:**

+ 5+ years’ experience in operating and maintaining electrical equipment or working as an electrician.

+ Two-year Associate Degree in job related technical training or equivalent work experience.

+ Knowledge of computer and PLC Programming, AC/DC drives, Motor Controls, Digital Meters, and Recorders.

+ Demonstrated ability to read/interpret drawings and wire diagrams.

+ Possesses working knowledge/understanding of Electrical Code (both local and IEEE) as it applies to controls.

+ Experienced in scope determination of installation materials.

+ May be required to achieve and maintain certifications as required to perform job duties.

+ Must respond to, and address, callouts, and emergencies (within 1 hour) during and after regular business hours including after dark hours, which require carrying a communication device when on rotational call.

+ Job planning and prioritizing with a strong client focus.

+ Ability to work with a team, take direction from supervisors, keep required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules.

+ Knowledge of Lock/Tag Out Protocol, OSHA, and other Electrical safety procedures.

+ May work in low-lit areas.

+ Be available for shift work when applicable.

+ Must be able to frequently climb to and work from elevated platforms, excavated areas, ladders, stairwells, walkways, articulating lifts, etc.

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**

+ At least one (5-7+) year experience supporting mission critical environments.

+ Current electrical Journeyman’s preferred, not required.

+ Hands on electrical or mechanical skill, and competence in the area of non-expertise (for example, electrical expertise with a mechanical competence, or vice-versa)

+ Experience working on electric vehicle (EV) charging stations desired.

+ Experienced with DC Power Plants, PDU Units, Emergency Generators, and UPS units desired

+ Operate and perform both routine and emergency service on a variety of state-of-the-art critical systems.

+ Knowledge and experience using basic computer applications.

**Position Summary**

The retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a unique hybrid role for stores and is intended as a key pipeline for future career-growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care. This role is primarily responsible for serving the customer through assessing needs, recommending appropriate products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services.

Successful individuals in this role will learn all aspects of store operations and effectively flex between interacting/ serving the customer and efficiently completing basic vehicle service tasks as required.

**Responsibilities**

**Hybrid** **Role**

+ Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.

A Line Service Technician (LST) is a customer service role responsible for a variety of duties that contribute towards safely providing requested services for general aviation aircraft, crews and passengers. An LST routinely operates ground service equipment and uses knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures to provide efficient and excellent service to customers and other guests to the fixed base operation (FBO).

Persons employed as an LST are expected to:

+ Work as part of a team delivering safe and efficient aircraft services while providing a welcoming atmosphere to customers and other guests.

+ Collaborate, cooperate and work closely with all coworkers, customers, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to ensure customer service needs are met. This includes ensuring efficient and accurate communication through various methods to accomplish operational tasks.

+ Service aircraft as requested by management or customers, such as fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power and potable water services, parking, marshalling, delivering catering and towing.

+ Operate and drive ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, and stair trucks, shuttles, etc.

+ Offer, promote, sell and deliver general aviation services to crewmembers, customers and other guests.

+ Maintain safe, clean and secure ramps and operations.

+ Drive a shuttle vehicle with passengers and/or luggage and cargo.

+ Load and unload luggage and other cargo into/out of aircraft and from/into the FBO or other location.

+ Fuel handling including fuel quality control, fuel receipt, inventory and maintaining accurate related documentation.

+ Provide professional and friendly customer service while exhibiting a positive and helpful attitude, consideration and courtesy to everyone at all times.

+ Understand, comply with and enforce all operational, safety, and customer service requirements for all aspects of the job.

+ Understand, comply with and enforce all security (physical, cyber and data) protocols as dictated by Signature and the airport.

+ Create accurate records pertaining to time worked and activities and services performed.

+ Abide by emergency response procedures when/if critical events occur.

The following are essential to the job, in addition to those listed above and on the chart in this description. Certain functions may be performed in varying weather and environmental conditions such as precipitation, extreme temperatures, jet engine fumes, dust and noise. + Excellent vision and coordination to move and/or direct aircraft and visually inspect aircraft fuel.

+ Must be able to physically enter/exit and operate motor vehicles and ground support equipment such as fuel trucks, vans, tugs, and cars.

+ Must be able to safely and efficiently perform various functions (e.g., fueling, de-icing) from elevated heights.

+ Ability to read, understand and follow all company policies, safety and ethical procedures, and relevant laws, regulations, orders and the like.
