As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. Summary
To perform welding activities in support of maintaining systems, components, and structural facilities of PVNGS to ensure unit reliability.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent and three (3) years experience in welding craft.
Must meet requirements of ANSI 3.1 1978, ALS certifiable to ASME Section IX, XI and AWSD 1.1.
Demonstrate journeyman competence in lay out, fit up and welding techniques for system component maintenance, also be able to obtain standard NRC clearance.
Testing:
EEI MASS Test administered.
Nuclear requirement: Any PVNGS employee may be called upon to serve as a member of the Emergency Response Organization (ERO) and will be expected to fulfill their obligation as an ERO member.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Plumbing Supervisor will serve the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Plus task order in support of the U.S. Department of State (DOS). The Plumbing Supervisor is responsible for performing plumbing requirements on O&M, small construction, remodeling and renovation projects. This position provides supervision. Leadership, oversight and associated responsibilities to the plumbing team and performs a variety of plumbing trade functions, such as the installation, maintenance or repair of equipment. The duties and responsibilities listed are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
+ Comply with all Environmental & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals. Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.
+ Provide supervision, leadership, oversight and associated responsibilities for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all plumbing systems, both exterior and interior, in multiple buildings and living quarters, including the kitchen facility.

+ Inspect structures to ascertain obstructions that would compromise the structural integrity of the building. Coordinate with other trades to avoid conflict between the plumbing and other work.
+ Lay out all plumbing systems to be straight, plumb and on grade as needed. For remodeling, ability to determine possible obstructions before drilling holes in finished walls, floors or ceilings.
+ Responsible for the daily work schedules.
+ Track preventative maintenance and make changes as needed.
+ Plan and estimate labor and materials for future projects. Order materials and equipment needed for projects.
+ Track and order materials and equipment for daily operations.
+ Maintain accurate records for safety meetings, work hours, work orders, training and inventory of shop stock materials, tools and equipment.
+ Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure all workers follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.

+ Plumber vocational diploma or successful completion of an apprentice program with a Journeyman License or equivalent experience.
+ Two (2) years’ experience as a Master Plumber, ten (10) years’ experience as a Journeyman Plumber, or meet any U.S. state licensing board requirements for a Master Plumber license.
+ Three (3) years’ supervisory experience in the plumbing trade.
+ Experience working with CPVC, PVC, PEX, copper, galvanized steel and brass pipe and fittings.

+ US Passport with minimum one plus year validity remaining.
+ Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

The Multi Services Technician ensures the smooth, efficient, and profitable operation of the assigned building project by ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all required work and by attaining the utmost in customer satisfaction.

**BASIC FUNCTION:**
+ Responsible for maintaining a high standard of maintenance work for electrical equipment and systems
+ Ensure that the electrical activities tied to all systems of a building, or group of buildings are performed effectively and efficiently.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Monitoring and maintaining all building and mission critical facilities equipment.

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS:**
+ 5+ years’ experience in operating and maintaining electrical equipment or working as an electrician.
+ Two-year Associate Degree in job related technical training or equivalent work experience.
+ Knowledge of computer and PLC Programming, AC/DC drives, Motor Controls, Digital Meters, and Recorders.
+ Demonstrated ability to read/interpret drawings and wire diagrams.
+ Possesses working knowledge/understanding of Electrical Code (both local and IEEE) as it applies to controls.
+ Experienced in scope determination of installation materials.
+ May be required to achieve and maintain certifications as required to perform job duties.
+ Must respond to, and address, callouts, and emergencies (within 1 hour) during and after regular business hours including after dark hours, which require carrying a communication device when on rotational call.

A Line Service Technician (LST) is a customer service role responsible for a variety of duties that contribute towards safely providing requested services for general aviation aircraft, crews and passengers. An LST routinely operates ground service equipment and uses knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures to provide efficient and excellent service to customers and other guests to the fixed base operation (FBO).
Persons employed as an LST are expected to:
+ Work as part of a team delivering safe and efficient aircraft services while providing a welcoming atmosphere to customers and other guests.
+ Collaborate, cooperate and work closely with all coworkers, customers, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to ensure customer service needs are met. This includes ensuring efficient and accurate communication through various methods to accomplish operational tasks.
+ Service aircraft as requested by management or customers, such as fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power and potable water services, parking, marshalling, delivering catering and towing.
+ Operate and drive ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, and stair trucks, shuttles, etc.
+ Offer, promote, sell and deliver general aviation services to crewmembers, customers and other guests.
+ Maintain safe, clean and secure ramps and operations.
