**Commercial Plumbing Foreman**

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring a skilled and dedicated **Commercial Plumbing Foreman** to oversee construction plumbing projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in the **Phoenix** area. Up to **$45/hour** based on experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and plumbing code. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in coordinating activities on-site, managing subs, ordering material, layouts of GW, RI, Trim and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

**Job Duties**

+ Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing crews to ensure efficient workflow, willing to do some physical work.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.

+ Manage project scheduling to meet deadlines while maintaining quality control.

+ Oversee budgeting processes to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.

+ Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to quality standards.

+ Provide training and guidance to crew members on best practices and safety protocols.

+ Collaborate with GC's, site supers, subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.

+ Maintain clear communication with project managers regarding progress, challenges, and updates.

+ Meet plumbing inspectors on site

**Plumbing Foreman Requirements**

+ Proven experience in a supervisory role within the plumbing industry.

+ Proficiency in blueprint reading

+ Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.

+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

+ Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
