    As a Remote Gate Customer Service Agent, you will support thousands of drivers across the country using two-way audio/video communication. You will verify necessary specifications on trucks, coordinate and communicate updates daily, and assist with arrivals, loading, unloading, and departures at warehouses, facilities, and distribution centers. This role requires extreme attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong technical skills.

    Responsibilities

    + Support drivers using two-way audio/video communication

    + Verify and identify necessary specifications on trucks

    + Coordinate and communicate updates with all parties involved in warehouse and distribution center operations
