Assists with the operation of the sterile cores, guide instrument and scope processing and managing supplies. These responsibilities include:

Coordinates and performs daily activities that support the surgical practice.

Supervises Central Service technicians assigned to the sterile cores, processing and supplying areas.

Job Summary:

The tasks include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic and mechanical systems, scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and various other activities relevant to the success of the area. The desired candidate should have a solid understanding of SPC, 5s, FDC systems and demonstrate problem-solving skills. The candidate will be required to understand and follow all safety protocols when working around hazardous chemicals. The desired candidate will be required to complete documentation and train others.

Job Qualifications:

+ Understand and apply knowledge of virtual machines, system imaging, and networking to serve the needs of the customers (may need to possess certifications)

This position will be responsible for the direct supervision of the Field Technicians. **Key Responsibilities:**

What We’re Looking For

As an Automation Technician for Kohler Co., you will be an ambassador of the Kohler brand and the Vikrell product line. In this role, you will maintain and troubleshoot robotic equipment and associated control systems throughout the plant. Experience with Fanuc robots and Allen Bradley PLC is required. The Automation Technician also contributes to plant-wide controls support of PLC’s, VFD’s calibrations and safety control systems.
