    Join our dynamic commissioning team as a Field Service Technician. You will be responsible for utilizing RS Logix and proprietary software to ensure proper functionality and configuration of various system devices.     Responsibilities

    + Verify correct IP addresses and troubleshoot any discrepancies.

    + Ensure MCP I/O installation is accurate and properly labeled.

    + Test estop functionality ensuring correct zones stop when activated, and align HMI alarms, beacon lights, and horns with the stopped zone.

    + Check field I/O using site-specific software and HMI for proper functionality of devices such as push buttons, estops, sirens, VFDs, motors, encoders, and beacon lights.

    + Assign VFD settings as per site schematics.

    + Record missing scaling of belt speed and document it on the checklist.

    + Communicate any installation issues to the install team in writing for correction.
