    + Communicate and translate the technical data package to suppliers

    + Conduct supplier engagements related to capability, capacity, opportunity and risk

    + Perform technical evaluations in support of cost and price analysis

    + Manage supplier requests for product and process changes

    + Manage product non-conformances

    + Drive root cause and corrective action

    + Prioritize and execute improvement opportunities

    + Communicate the technical health of our suppliers to stakeholders

    + Support travel as needed. Minimum 25%

    **Qualifications You Must Have:**

    + Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 5 years’ relevant experience such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, system engineering, manufacturing & quality systems, technical supplier management.

    + Experience in a cross-functional business involving multiple stakeholders (i.e. buyers, engineers, suppliers, program managers, and/or shop floor leaders, etc.)

    + The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

    **Qualifications We Value:**

    + Master’s Degree in the following Majors: Business Administration, Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science

    + Existing Secret Clearance

    + Commodities experience related to energetics / warheads, navigation systems, rocket motor, etc.

    + Experience in Statement of Work (SOW) generation

    + Experience with design and development of products that fall within the electrical or mechanical engineering discipline

    + Experience performing supplier assessment

    + Familiarity of Export/Import regulation

    The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
