Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering department supporting innovative manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ
**Pay Range:** $64-68/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Oversee and manage advanced manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
+ Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and processes to optimize production.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
+ Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
+ 5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
+ Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
+ Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
+ Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
