The primary responsibility of the Infrastructure Project Manager will be the delivery of all infrastructure requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements. The individual will support a cross-functional organization aligned to common program performance goals and should be familiar with one or more of the three infrastructure pillars – IT, Security, and Facilities. Specific duties will include:

+ Gathers requirements from programs regarding infrastructure needs

+ Manages all phases of infrastructure project execution.

+ Provides delivery projections and various metrics to program management, operating unit leadership, and business unit leadership.

+ Analyze issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.

Basic Qualifications for Senior Principal Project Management

+ Bachelor’s degree with 12 years', Master’s degree with 10 years', or a PhD with 8+ year of relevant experience (Note: An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree).

+ A current active DoD Clearance: TS, SCI.

+ Experience with Project Management principles and execution.

+ Experience managing facilities, infrastructure projects, and/or cyber projects.

+ Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within critical deadlines.

+ Advanced knowledge of Sharepoint and MS Teams and Project.

+ Ability to travel 25% of the time.

+ Ability to influence and drive results without direct authority of personnel.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Ability to work with and manipulate detail-oriented data

+ Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as analytical, planning and presentation skills are required.

+ Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with other

Preferred Qualifications for Senior Principal Project Management:

+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Salary Range: $141,400.00 - $212,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
