**Application Sales Engineer I - Poland and Hungary Region**

**Location: Warszawa, PL**

As an **Application Sales Engineer** here at **Honeywell Building Solutions** in the Poland & Hungary, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our HBS products and solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. You will report directly to our Service Business Leader and will be based in Poland, with a combination of on-site and remote work. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our business by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting the adoption of our innovative solutions.

**This is hybrid work 3+2! (3 days from office + 2 days from home).**

+ Identify and pursue new service business opportunities in the Poland & Hungary, specifically: RQ & Service Project Opportunities outside of the existing customer base, Identify & support sales of service contracts to new customers

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling sales proposals

+ Provide technical expertise and support to customers & internal colleagues throughout the sales process

+ Proven experience in technical sales or a related field

+ Strong knowledge of Honeywell Building Solutions products and solutions

+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

+ Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

+ Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
