Lead Logistics Associate

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, which are critical to our success in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is to administrate the in-bonds for drop shipments in the shipping department.

80% of workload to process Drops are administrative / documentation

Need to contact Sites Planning & Customer Service to clarify shipping instructions or other missing information.

Different time zone and response time.

For some APAC customers, we have to send (PL,CI, SLI) in advance and when we receive the formal instruction, need to re-work PL

Validation of paperwork (to avoid errors) in Ops and Administrative activities.

New In-bond Process takes more than 24 hours to be processed and have at least 8 critical points of information to be verified.

In case something is wrong, need to re-work the Shipment / Truck

In-Bond must be shipped in the 1st truck to connect with carrier.

YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.

Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.

Mid English level (lectura y escritura)

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
