Job Title: Client Service RepresentativeJob Description

We are seeking a Technology Support Professional who is passionate about the financial industry. This role is dedicated to providing seamless end-to-end client support to sophisticated financial professionals, ensuring they receive a unique level of service. You will assist clients in navigating our proprietary financial technology software and various financial applications, including internet browsers, mobile applications, and affiliate technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook Exchange, is essential. Additionally, you will troubleshoot applications and provide product training and consultation, collaborating with team members to ensure timely resolution to customer requests and issues.

Responsibilities

+ Assist financial professionals in navigating and troubleshooting proprietary software and multiple office applications and browsers.

+ Support first contact resolution efforts by guiding advisors and their assistants through processes and system platforms.

+ Maintain knowledge of various products supported and explain differences to advisors and internal partners.

+ Collaborate with Tech Support, Registration, New Client Onboarding, Business Transitions, Business Consulting, and Cash Management.

+ Resolve client inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely updates in the service tracking system.

+ Maintain a working knowledge of cataloged issues to create alternative solutions.

+ Advocate for clients by collecting feedback, suggesting enhancements, and communicating requirements to application development teams.

+ Perform account maintenance, resolve application inquiries, service requests, and complaints effectively.

+ Research complex situations, set client expectations, and recommend next steps to avoid further issues.

+ Network with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.

+ Engineer quality client experiences that promote company values through positive positioning and professional language.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, Exchange, iOS, Android, and multiple browsers.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attributes.

+ Ability to simplify and clarify complex information, demonstrating excellent phone and written communication and listening skills.

+ Strong networking skills and adaptability.

+ Familiarity with basic advisory/brokerage industry.

+ Ability to train and consult clientele on products and features.

+ Adaptability in a changing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service within the Financial Services or Information Technology industry.

+ Experience with proprietary tools or platforms.

+ Strong communication and patience.

+ Empathy and customer care mindset.

+ Problem-solving ability.

+ Ability to translate technical concepts into plain language.

Work Environment

Training is conducted onsite for 9-10 weeks, 5 days a week, from 6 AM to 2:30 PM. Post-training, shifts are 8 hours with a 30-minute lunch, starting between 4:30 AM and 8:30 AM. A minimum of 3 days in the office is required. Attendance is crucial, and planned absences should be communicated with a two-week notice.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
