**Hello! We are currently hiring for Structural Welder in Phoenix, AZ!**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Welder Foreman to perform structural welding on steel beams and unistrut. The primary welding method will be stick welding, with responsibilities including rack erection and steel erection of light to medium weight beams.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform structural welding on steel beams and unistrut.
+ Execute stick welding techniques with precision.
+ Conduct rack erection and steel erection for various projects.
+ Work on large job sites including TSMC, Intel, and Lucid.
+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
**Essential Skills**
+ **5+ years of experience as a Structural Welder.**
+ **Proficiency in SMAW and GTAW welding techniques.**
+ **D1.1 Welding Certification.**
+ **Scissor Lift Certification.**
+ **OSHA10 Certification.**
+ **Ability to read blueprints and perform fitting tasks.**
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Comfortable working at heights.
+ Able to lift 50+ pounds.

**Work Environment**
+ Work at various large job sites with a schedule of 5 ten-hour days per week, including some Saturdays.
+ Total working hours may reach 50 hours per week or more.
+ Start times may vary, with early shifts starting as early as 4 am during the summer.
+ Must be comfortable working from heights and adaptable to taking on additional tasks as needed.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $51.91 - $51.91/hr.
