Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver Professionals to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by offering personalized care and support in their homes. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being.

Duties

Provide patient care and support to individuals with disabilities or health challenges.
Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
Prepare nutritious meals according to care plans and dietary restrictions.
Support mobility by assisting clients with walking, transferring, and using assistive devices.
Monitor clients' health by observing changes in their condition and reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals.
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all areas are tidy and free from hazards.
Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to implement effective care plans tailored to individual needs.

Experience

Previous experience in patient care or home care is preferred.
Familiarity with direct support services for individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
Skills in meal preparation and cooking for dietary needs are beneficial.
A compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and their families.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
