Workflow Specialist (1st shift)

As an Workflow Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex mechanical and electrical components. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our production processes, ensuring that our products meet the rigorous standards expected by our customers. Your expertise will help to identify and implement improvements that will enhance productivity and reduce costs, contributing to the overall success of the company.

You will report directly to our Operations Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a 1 st shift 6am- 2:30pm work schedule. You will impact the overall operational efficiency and quality assurance of our aerospace products, playing a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Assemble and test aerospace components and systems according to engineering specifications and quality standards.

+ Monitor team performance against these objectives and provide ongoing feedback and support.

+ Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and discuss any issues or challenges.

+ Serve as a liaison between the team and upper management, conveying team achievements and challenges

+ Assess issues within the team and initiate improvements in processes or workflows.

+ Make informed decisions quickly to address challenges faced by the team.

+ Identify and address any resource gaps that could hinder performance.

**US Citizen Requirements**

Must be US Citizen due to contractual requirements

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ 4+ years of experience in electronic assembly

+ Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards.

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Proficiency in using various hand tools and testing equipment specific to aerospace applications.
