As a Sr. Sales Representative for Direct Sales here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving order growth and meeting sales targets for the Honywell Building Automation (BA) business unit. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers & stakeholders in Chungcheong-do and Jeolla-do regions. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success.

In this role, you will impact the growth and success of our Building Automation business unit by driving order and expanding our market presence in Chungcheong-do and Jeolla-do regions.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

-Develop and execute sales strategies to drive order growth and meet or exceed sales quotas

-Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing customers & external stakeholders in Chungcheong-do and Jeolla-do regions, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions and find new customers.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support

-Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

-Minimum of 5- 10 years of experience in sales (Direct customer sales in BMS/Fire/Security field experience is preferred)

-Work based in Honeywell DaeJeon office

-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving order growth

-Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

-Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal & external stakeholders

-Minimum of 5- 10 years of experience in sales (Direct customer sales in BMS/Fire/Security field experience is preferred) -Work based in Honeywell DaeJeon office
