You will report directly to our **Engineering Supervisor,** and you’ll work out of our **Ciudad Juarez, MX** location, on an **On-site** work schedule.
In this role, you will impact on the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations, contributing to cost reduction and enhanced product quality for Honeywell.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Lead and participate in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
+ Provide technical expertise and guidance to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues promptly.
+ Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement cost-effective solutions, and ensure that manufacturing operations are optimized for efficiency.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
+ **Experience:** 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, including hands-on experience in process improvement and project management.
+ **Technical Skills:** Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing software (e.g., ERP systems). Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methodologies.
+ **Problem-Solving Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to think critically and implement effective solutions.
+ **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
