1. Prepare and execute Market/Sales Plan
2. Identify & develop Opportunities
3. Should have good relationship with customer, consultant & EPC present in the Industrial segment – Oil & Gas, Power, Cement, Steel & Chemical Fertilizer.
4. Should be well versed with the process & requirement of above-mentioned segments.
5. Achieve sales growth, manage product portfolio mix
6. Mapping and developing key consultants, Accounts, End customers and system integrators in region.
7. Manage Customer, Partner Relations and Sales Closure.
8. Achieve Orders and Sale for Monthly/Quarterly and Yearly Plans through Partner teams in East Region
9. To develop business across product line working through partners Outside Sales team.
10. Preferably from IBMS product knowledge background. He should be having experience in CCTV, Access control sales.
11. Develop and pitch customer specific solution for large projects / sales leads.
12. Work closely with the Product Managers on effective packaging of products / solutions to develop sales collateral, also identify events / workshops to generate genuine leads.
