As a Sr Channel Ops Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing channel operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our distribution and partner channels. Your role will involve overseeing channel processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring seamless operations to support our channel partners and maximize sales.

In this role, you will impact the overall success of our channel operations by ensuring smooth and efficient processes, enhancing partner satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. Your expertise in channel operations, process optimization, and partner management will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions, and supporting our channel partners in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage channel operations and optimize processes to drive efficiency and improve customer satisfaction

+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives

+ Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth

+ Develop and implement strategies to enhance channel partner engagement and drive revenue success

+ Provide support and guidance to channel partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

+ Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in channel operations management

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Proven experience of at least 5 years in channel operations or related roles

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to manage and optimize channel processes
