As a Commercial Finance Lead at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing financial support and guidance to the business. You will be responsible for Finance aspects of the business in the Latin America region. In this role you will develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs. Your expertise in financial analysis and forecasting will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for business expansion and mitigating financial risks, ensuring accurate finance reporting to the business.
You will report directly to our Sr. Director IA LATAM, dotted line to CFO Americas of the business and you’ll work out of our Mexico City location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the financial success of the organization by providing strategic financial support and guidance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives. Your responsibilities will include.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Analyze financial data and identify trends to provide insights for business growth and profitability.
+ Participating in financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
+ Drive the financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
+ Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
+ Monitor and evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
+ Serve as a key point of contact for regional or divisional finance matters, representing the Region/Division in discussions with senior management and other stakeholders.
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Project Managers, Controllership, Tax, Legal, ISC, and other stakeholders, to drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operation.
+ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles.
+ Bachelor's Degree in a finance related field.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices US GAAP and IFRS.
+ Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office
+ Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
