Sales Ops Manager

The Sales Operations Manager will partner with the SBU Regional Manager, Regional Global Sales Directors, and General Managers to maintain the highest data quality in our CRM (Salesforce) enabling best-in-class order forecasting and execution; partner in identifying and removing barriers to accelerate the Order to Cash process and maximize usage of key reporting and analytics with a critical focus on data integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for maintaining and improving the Sales operating platform across the supported businesses and regions

+ Leverage our sales tools, analytics, systems, and data to support the sales organization, with root cause trend analysis and business insights to ensure we’re operating at full potential

+ Collect, analyze, validate, and roll-up data required for MBR (Monthly Business Review) and regional reporting as needed

+ Create, Improve, and deploy sales processes, tools, behaviors, and incentives in alignment with the ESS and Corporate Commercial Excellence organization

+ Analyze, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate Pipeline, Forecasts and Sales Behavior Index (SBI) metrics for across supported businesses and regions

+ Provide training and guidance on operational tools and metrics across supported businesses and regions, facilitating adoption and understanding by sellers and sales leaders

+ Partner with SIP COE Focal, Regional General Managers, and Global Sales Directors to maximize effectiveness of the Sales Incentive Program by defining quota metrics and implementation criteria, coordinate quota deployment, and ensure accurate and timely SIP payment

+ Work closely with Sales Leaders, Lines of Businesses, Growth initiative Leaders, Finance and Planning Functions to ensure Annual Operating Plan (AOP) sales targets are deployed across supported businesses and regions, sales, and growth initiative teams

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Business Intelligence Reporting and/or Sales Operations experience

+ Experience and track record of successfully creating, implementing, administering, and managing Sales Operations processes and tools

+ Functional and cross-functional team leadership experience

+ Bi-lingual (Spanish and English proficiency)

+ Strong influencing skills with proven ability to lead process and tool improvements

+ Ability to interpret data analytics and drive alignment with ESS and Corporate initiatives

+ Strong focus on delivering actionable and highly accurate reporting

+ Proven project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

+ High focus on Customer service

+ High focus on acting with urgency / responsiveness

+ High focus on data integrity

+ Proficient in MS Office tools, Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI
