Are you ready to make a real difference? As a Senior Field Service Supervisor at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service, installation and maintenance of electronic security and Building Management Systems (BMS) to support our Defence and Government clients. Your leadership will be vital in guiding your team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
In this position, you will foster robust relationships both internally and externally, acting as a catalyst for growth and ensuring that we deliver unparalleled value to our Defence Service portfolio.
• **Customer-Centric Leadership:** Respond effectively to customer needs, cultivate strong and productive relationships, and champion customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
• **Empower Team Development:** Encourage the growth of your team by providing timely feedback and coordinating relevant training activities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• **Collaborative Engagement:** Work closely with Account Managers and Service Advisors to ensure the continuous delivery of value to Honeywell clients, driving outcomes that enhance their facilities and spark growth within our service sector.
• **Excellence in Performance:** Uphold high performance standards for yourself and your team, maximizing efficiency and ensuring we consistently meet our business objectives.
• **Inspirational Leadership:** Lead and develop your delivery team, ensuring that team members are recognized and rewarded for their contributions.
• **Financial Acumen:** Manage budgets and plans diligently, conducting monthly forecasting and thorough financial analysis to stay on track.
• **Proven Leadership:** A minimum of 5 years' experience in a team leadership or management role within a service or facility management context is highly desirable.
• **Technical Proficiency:** Strong technical skills with broad exposure to various technical challenges and systems.
• **Adaptable Problem-Solver:** Ability to thrive in a complex environment that encompasses varied infrastructure, equipment, and client requirements.
• **Security Clearance:** NV 1 clearance or capacity to obtain and maintain Government security clearance.
• **Customer Commitment:** A steadfast commitment to fostering customer satisfaction in all interactions.
• **Excellent Communication:** Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• **Safety-Driven Mindset:** A strong understanding of and commitment to a Health and Safety culture.
• **Resilient Under Pressure:** Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations, driving results without compromising quality.
