As a Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and services to our customers in the Lifecycle Solutions and Aftermarket Services (LSS) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our advanced migration, workforce productivity, and plant digitalization solutions. Your expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work for our Uruguay branch on a hybrid work schedule, including frequent customer’s site visits.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our customers' operations by ensuring the proper functioning of our advanced solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements, and you will provide technical guidance and support to our customers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our advanced migration, workforce productivity, and plant digitalization solutions.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and field service technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on troubleshooting and supporting automation solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies, including DCS, SCADA, and industrial automation practices. Honeywell technology knowledge and/or experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good command of the English language, both oral and written.
