Lead Field Service Technician

We have an opportunity for a Lead Field Service Technician to join us at Honeywell, in Bergen, where you will be responsible for service, maintenance, commissioning, control and documentation of systems within fire, voice and emergency lighting at our customers’ sites. This is a field-based role working at customer sites across the Bergen region and sites more North to include Måløy and Ålesund occasionally.

**Key responsibilities**

+ Install, maintain, and repair fire detection systems based at our customer sites

+ Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with fire engineering systems

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs

+ Provide technical support and guidance to customers long with completing reporting and updating documentation

**Key skills and qualifications**

+ Experience in a similar role or certifications in low current, telecommunications or electrical trades

+ Knowledge of and experience of fire alarm systems and associated systems is an advantage, but full training will be provided

+ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

+ Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships

+ Category B driver's license is required for this role
