**Job Title : Senior Technical Project Manager**
**Location : US (Remote)**

In this role you will be responsible for managing large scale projects from inception to completion. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
**Core Tasks and Responsibilities**
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
● Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
● Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
● Collaborate with correct business partners to ensure resource availability and allocation
● Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
● Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
● Report and escalate to management as needed
● Manage the relationship with the teams, business partners and relevant stakeholders
● Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
● Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
● Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
● Support Change Management process by documenting requested changes, assessing their impact, and peppering necessary documentation for CAB meeting.
● Use and continually develop leadership skills
● Help identify opportunities for internal process improvements
● Provide informal guidance or leadership support to colleagues with less experience
● Influence colleagues internally and external to follow best process practices
● Perform other related duties as assigned
**Required Skills, Experience, and Competencies**
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
● Proven working experience in project management (5+ years)
● Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
● Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
● Ability independently work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
● Understanding commonly known PM methodologies
● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
● Experience with project management software tools (JIRA, Confluence Smartsheet)
The salary for this full-time role falls between $100,000 and $110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
