**Hello! We are currently hiring for Material Handler in El Mirage, AZ!**

**Shift**

+ Monday to Thursday - 4 X 10 hours.

+ Friday is sometimes mandatory / Volunteer – 10 hours.

+ Saturday as needed (6 to 8 hours).

+ 1st - 5:00am to 3:30pm.

+ 2nd - 3:30pm to 2:00am.

**Job Description**

+ The Material Handler will be responsible for transporting and handling materials within a structural steel manufacturing facility.

+ The role involves operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment to move materials efficiently and safely between designated locations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other machinery to transport materials.

+ Collaborate closely with the welding team, machine operating team, supervisors, and managers to ensure smooth workflow.

+ Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials both in the air-conditioned production bay and outdoors.

+ Maintain open communication regarding the progress of daily tasks.

+ Follow and enforce all safety protocols to uphold the facility's priority of workplace safety.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in operating forklifts and overhead cranes.

+ Strong commitment to safety as the #1 priority.

+ Ability to provide progress updates and maintain effective communication with team members.

+ Capability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings and perform physically demanding tasks.

+ Working outside and inside of a large structural steel production facility in El Mirage, AZ.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr.
