TIG and MIG Welders for Small Fabrication Shop. Light to medium gauge sheet metal & frames and custom made parts from customer's drawings and/or blueprints. Stainless, Aluminum, and Steel. Welds must be precise and pretty. Experience required. Versatility needed to help in other fabrication processes as need it. Press Brake, Punch, Laser, handheld Plasma, and other fabrication tools a plus.

PMP is looking for people to join our fabrication team. We are currently seeking candidates for a welder fabricator as described below.

Requirements

• Experience 3yrs of TIG and MIG welding of steel, aluminum, and stainless sheet metal components

• Weld components according to sketches, drawings and/or blueprints specifications

• Optimize welding processes for production runs

• Setup and run other fabrication equipment such as press brakes, grinder, band saw, drill press, etc.

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication

• Experience with TIG or MIG or Both Welding processes a plus

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints

• Strong Math Skills

• Good problem-solving skills

• Experience operating a forklift

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be able to pass AWS D1.1 or D1.2 Weld Test

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $17 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
