American Express is embarking on an exciting Cloud transformation led by a high-energy, delivery-focused team. This group is nimble and creative, with the power to define governance of our Generative AI technology functions and tooling. The **Enterprise GenAI Sr Info Security Analyst** is an integral member of the SaaS Security Team who delivers and operationalizes products, acts as a subject matter expertise to deliver security controls for the enterprise, and ensures the success of the American Express journey in driving down risk in cloud usage.
You will work closely with other Information Security departments to design, manage, and support security control integration, as well as Investigate security incidents and perform compliance reviews. This position demands a well-organized, driven, action-oriented team player with the ability to lead operational initiatives and the ability to work on multiple products and projects simultaneously, and an understanding to deliver end-to-end operational solutions focused on great user experience.
**Responsibilities Include:**
+ Strong collaboration with operational and architectural security teams
+ Partner with and support the Engineering team to drive and execute results in a timely mannerProvides detailed analysis of Generative AI use cases to determine and report on enterprise risk
+ Monitors and anticipates trends and investigates organizational objectives and needsPartner with and support various technology and business teams to understand the current landscape of Gen AI use cases and map to operational controls
+ Provide security expertise to the Cloud Security and SaaS Security teams, as it pertains to the Generative AI program
+ Build out an operational function and team to ensure products and controls are performing optimally and efficiently
+ Create and maintain operational documentation and reports to support monthly trend analysis as well as project components
+ Evaluate various Generative AI technologies and tools for technical and operational feasibility
**Required Skills/Experience**
+ 5 years of experience in Information Security or Information Technology
+ Experience working within an Agile Methodology
+ In-depth knowledge of Product Management, Engineering and Operations
+ Prior experience to managing an operations and/or engineering team
+ Prior experience of end-to-end enterprise product deployments
+ Public cloud knowledge and experience preferred
+ Demonstrated leadership skills
+ Knowledge of data classification solutions
+ Strong work prioritization, planning, and organizational skills
+ Be able to collaborate effectively, work closely within a coordinated team environment, and maintain professionalism under any circumstance
+ Knowledge of common web technologies, cloud technologies, enterprise, and network architecture
+ Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
+ Understanding of financial industry standards and regulations such as FedRamp, NIST, CSA, PCI, and SOX
**Educational Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
+ Information Security Certification preferred, CISSP, CCSK or similar.
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefits
