We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Per Diem Hospitalist** to join our team. As a Per Diem Hospitalist, you will lend support to our team of 20+ hospitalists and provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, ensuring optimal outcomes in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

**About your new role:**

+ Provide high-quality, patient-centered care during day and overnight shifts.

**Responsibilities**

+ **Patient Care** : Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

+ **Procedures:** Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.

+ **Communication** : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.

**Qualifications**

+ A valid and unrestricted California medical license

+ Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)

+ Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program

**Pay Range**

$140.83 - $157.50 /hour
