**Role Summary:**

As a Senior Test Engineer, you’ll be responsible for interacting with engineering teams to define, document, analyze, and execute tests for our products, systems, and components. Your keen eye for identifying functional issues and proposing solutions will help ensure that we maintain the highest standards of quality and reliability. In this role, you'll also lead efforts to continuously improve internal quality control standards and reliability programs, while providing regular progress reports on test cases and outcomes. With a mix of leadership and hands-on technical work, this role is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to make an impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Define, document, and analyze test cases for products, systems, and modifications, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

+ Perform and interpret tests, identifying functional issues and suggesting effective resolutions.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to refine and enhance testing processes.

+ Assist in the development and maintenance of internal quality control standards and reliability programs.

+ Provide regular updates and progress reports on testing activities, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

+ Lead and mentor junior engineers, guiding them in testing strategies and best practices.

+ Apply creativity and judgment to tackle complex testing challenges and continuously improve processes.

**Qualifications:**

**Required:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

+ 4-6 years of experience in testing products, systems, or components.

+ Familiarity with a variety of testing concepts, practices, and procedures.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve functional issues efficiently.

+ Experience in leading or directing work within a team environment.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet testing goals and deadlines.

**Preferred:**

+ Experience with automation testing tools and methodologies.

+ Proven ability to mentor or lead teams of engineers.

+ Knowledge of internal quality control standards and reliability programs.

**Pay Details:** $46.78 per hour
