**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Summary**

Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management and other processes relative to the business. Project management includes estimating, scheduling, costing, planning and issue/risk management.

**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**

+ Under broader supervision, provides analysis on medium scope business requests that may have a degree of ambiguity. Typically in support of larger departments, small to mid-size state plans, small to mid-size functional areas, small to mid-size projects, or portions of mid- to large size projects.

+ Proven ability to formulate initial summaries and broader recommendations.

+ Completes intermediate deliverables. Advanced understanding of techniques for requirements gathering, process modeling, testing, etc.

+ Recognizes obstacles that require attention. Solves routine problems of a medium scope. Engages supervisor or manager for facilitation of roadblocks/other concerns.

+ Supports projects that may have moderate cross functional impact and team organization.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**

**Required Education**

Bachelor's degree – Or equivalent work experience

**Required Experience**

2-5 years of relevant work experience

**Preferred License, Certification, Association**

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
