**Responsibilities**

Supervisor is responsible to manage a team dedicated to the provision and coordination of cord blood donation as part of the ABRC-funded AZ Cord Blood Collection Program. Coordinates daily operational activities for the cord blood program at SJHMC and provides team-building and mentorship to the cord blood team while continuing to foster inter-institutional relationships with other cord blood facilities to promote donations. Serves as a resource and provides training to staff at this institution and other ABRC-awarded institutions in program development and coordination. Supports program development within the community; advances patient awareness integrates cord blood opportunity into daily physician and nurse clinical education programs.

**Qualifications**

Minimum Requirement:

+ Three Years obstetrics or similar clinical care experience required.

+ Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

+ Previously demonstrated teaching mentoring and team-building skills. Attention to detail required.

Preferred:

+ Experience with program development and community relations/networking preferred

+ Skills in the area of critical thinking, interpersonal communication, conflict management, problem solving, autonomy and decision making are highly desirable.

+ Human subject protection training (ex. CITI training).

**Pay Range**

$33.60 - $48.73 /hour
