work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

+ Verify 3-way match for inventory invoices

+ Prepare batches for weekly check runs

+ Obtain necessary approvals and enter invoices

+ Establish new vendor files and maintain W-9s for annual 1099 data

+ Reconcile accounts payable subsidiary ledger to general ledger

+ Review accounts payable batches for accuracy

+ Reconcile vendor statements

+ Research and correct discrepancies

+ Maintain accounts payable files in an organized manner

+ Assist with month-end close
