As an Experienced Manufacturing Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations in Nebraska City, IA. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure the smooth and efficient production of our products. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and work on-site at our Nebraska City location. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and implementing process improvements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process

• Implement process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency and quality

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering technician role

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

WE VALUE

• Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles

• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Experience with cycle time calculations, line balancing and job instruction creation
