Inspector - Level 4 (FAA) - 2nd Shift

As an FAA Repair and Overhaul Analytical Inspector Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our repair and overhaul operations. Your expertise in analytical inspection and CMM inspection experience will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our processes.

You will report directly to our Operations Manager and work out of our designated location in Phoenix, AZ. This position requires an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on our repair and overhaul operations by conducting thorough analytical inspections and utilizing CMM inspection techniques. Your attention to detail and experience in CMM programming will contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our inspection processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Perform analytical inspections on repaired and overhauled components to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and industry standards.

+ Utilize CMM inspection techniques to optimize inspection procedures and enhance efficiency.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.

+ Maintain accurate documentation and records of inspections and findings.

+ Stay updated on FAA regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-attuned positions, to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan. U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Experience in analytical inspection in a repair and overhaul environment

+ CMM inspection experience

+ 2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
