Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for a **Staff Manufacturing Analyst** located in **Sunnyvale, CA.**

**What you'll get to do:**

+ Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.

+ Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.

+ The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.

+ Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.

**Basic qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience or a Master's degree with 10 years of experience in the following areas: business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields

+ Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint

+ Experience developing and training new tools or processes across multiple staff and program teams

+ Experience with all facets of Cost Management including Controller, Labor Cost Management, Material Cost Management, Earned Value Management with external government reporting, Schedule Management and financial forecasting

+ Experience with program management, strategy, analytical, planning, and presentation skills are required.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience with Delta Cobra

+ Experience with Manufacturing Standards data and reporting

+ Experience with Rates & Budgets overhead pool budgets and reporting structure

+ Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to work with others at all levels of the organization

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Experience prioritizing and working independently.

+ Initiative, self-starter, adaptable, and high motivation for excellence

+ Experience being flexible and demonstrating strong judgment/decision-making skills, and business acumen.

+ Experience handling a rapidly changing set of projects and priorities while maintaining a strong professional presence.

+ Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills.

**Salary Range:** $136,300 - $204,500

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
