**This position will be for 2nd shift.**
As an Assembly & Test Tech - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing assembly and testing tasks on various products. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality standards will ensure that the products meet the highest level of quality and reliability. You will work closely with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly and testing process. Your strong technical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations by ensuring the accurate assembly and testing of products. Your contributions will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform assembly and testing tasks on various products
• Follow assembly and test procedures to ensure accuracy and quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly and testing process
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

YOU MUST HAVE
• 2+ years of experience in assembly and testing
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret assembly and test procedures
• Strong technical skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in a technical field
• Experience with electronic assembly and testing
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
