Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking an Assembly Test Technician level 3 for our Chandler, AZ. location.

Key Responsibilities

+ Will have to be willing to cross train to limit production disruptions.

+ Conduct tests and evaluations on electronic systems to ensure functionality and adherence to specifications.

+ Install and integrate electronic components into mechanical systems, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic malfunctions to identify and address issues promptly.

+ Assemble mechanical and electronic components for production.

+ Capability to apply broad knowledge of one professional discipline or advanced knowledge of specific technical/operational practices.

+ Participate in continuous improvement activities.

+ Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness.

+ Comply with all security rules.

+ Comply with all safety rules.

+ Record and report production data.

+ Set up and change over equipment.

+ Use measuring and diagnostic tools.

+ Collaborate with engineering teams.

+ Exchange task level information

+ Communicate non-compliance incidents.

+ Prepare or update reports and documentation.

+ Self-motivated by consistently taking the initiative to get things done.

+ Identify areas for technical improvement.

+ Travel to our ACST locations will be involved 2024 to bring product to Chandler location. Approximately 3 weeks per month.

+ 1st shift

+ Overtime will be based on company needs

YOU MUST HAVE:

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ 5+ years’ experience in assembly.

+ Skilled in assembly, vacuum environments, soldering, leak detection, and continuity testing.

+ Installs and maintains electrical control systems.

+ Follows procedures, troubleshoots using computer skills.
