**Practice Details:**

+ BC/BE Sleep Medicine

+ Licensed in Colorado, or qualified to obtain

+ Credentialed in Wyoming (or ability to obtain)

+ Minimum 3 years of experience

+ Certification in Inspire Sleep Therapy a plus!

+ Outpatient practice with mixture of patient care and sleep study reading

+ Ambulatory only, no Critical Care or ICU requirements

+ Mon- Fri (8am 5pm) No weekends

+ Desire to grow and develop a state-of-the-art sleep delivery program including Tele-Sleep

+ Sleep Medicine Directorship opportunity in the future
