As a Production Scheduler II here at Honeywell, you will be supporting globally across the supply chain network to gather and manage information about our businesses' capacity to meet customer demand. You will report directly to our Sr. Production Planning Supervisor

and you will work out of our St. Louis, MO location Mon-Fri 6AM-230PM with overtime as required.

In this role, you will support and improve the supply chain planning & execution process within the SBG business. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and manage the processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning, inventory & replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues. As the Production Scheduler II, you will lead the activities related to the purchase of material, material planning, production planning, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. You will work autonomously to achieve organizational objectives and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. You will collaborate among global cross-functional teams to support complex projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Execute the monthly plan (SIOP) and all associated initiatives within the business to achieve on-time shipments to meet internal and external customer needs.

+ Drive efficiency across the supply chain through planning and forecasting material replenishment and a supply schedule that anticipates and adapts to variable demand requirements in support of the operating plan (SIOP).

+ Collaborate with the broader supply chain team on all opportunities to level-load the plan to drive improvements in service, quality, inventory, on-time shipment & delivery, order fulfillment, cycle time, capacity management, and growth.

+ Recognize implications of problems and gaps in the plan (SIOP) and accurately communicate/escalate.

+ Responsible for all Master Data at the site for PeopleSoft ERP.

+ Liaison between cross-functional departments; i.e. Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, and Manufacturing.

+ Identify areas for process improvement and development within all levels of the operation.

+ Accountable for key metrics: Inventory accuracy; safety stock; customer on-time delivery (OTTR); Drive root cause and corrective actions.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS:

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 3+ years' experience within a manufacturing environment

+ 3+ years of planning/scheduling/ERP experience

WE VALUE

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics, and Manufacturing

+ Good knowledge of material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems

+ APICS or CPIM Certification

+ Project management and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to solve complex organizational problems

+ Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization

+ Experience in leading/driving change
