Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced distribution center? We value expertise and dedication, and we're searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Mesa team. Bring your technical skills and problem-solving abilities to a dynamic environment where your contributions will keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently!

salary: $54,080 - $56,160 per year

shift: Second

work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including conveyors, forklifts, HVAC systems, and other machinery.

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across various systems.

+ Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and document findings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

+ Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment failures, prioritizing urgent repairs.

+ Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies.

+ Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards.

+ Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary.

+ Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, sharing best practices and safety protocols.

+ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

The essential functions of this role include:

+ working in a smoke free environment

+ wearing steel toe shoes

+ manual lifting up to 50lbs

+ working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week

+ working weekends

+ Maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)

+ Electrical Systems Knowledge
