We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Phoenix, AZ, at a leading fabrication company known for its commitment to quality and innovation. You will be responsible for performing high-quality welds on diverse materials, setting up and maintaining welding equipment, and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with specifications. Responsibilities

+ Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.

+ Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precise welds.

+ Set up welding equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

+ Conduct quality inspections of welds to meet industry standards and project specifications.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and specifications.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and practices.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise during the fabrication process.
