**The Role**

The successful candidate will perform quality inspections and packing of bottles produced in the bottle manufacturing line area of our Formulated Products group.

**External US**

**Key responsibilities for this role include:**

+ Inspect molded bottles from conveyor line for quality assurance.

+ Make appropriate entries in quality log sheets and charts.

+ Observe and manage polybags in the automatic bagging machine.

+ Load flat cartons in the case erector.

+ Move empty pallets as required.

+ Pack bottles in re-shipper cartons.

+ Stack cartons on pallets and stretch-wrap full pallets.

+ Stack polybags on trays and wrap with film rolls.

+ Operate pallet jack.

+ Keep work area and plant floors clean and neat.

+ Exhibit desire to learn and grow in other areas of the Plastics department.

+ Demonstrate ability to stay at workstation and perform job assignments to ensure quality products are packaged to customers.

+ Show good decision-making capabilities.

+ Assist with operational, quality, and safety reviews, as assigned.

+ Obtain fork truck certification to assist in inventory counts and production, as needed.

+ Perform other duties, as assigned, including some production level certifications, as determined by production requirements.

**REQUIREMENTS**

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ 0 to 1 years of manufacturing experience.

+ Forklift experience a plus.

+ Ability to be fitted for and wear a respirator.

+ Able to prioritize job responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.

+ Good computer skills a must, including SAP and MS Office (including Excel and Word.)

+ Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Physically able to push/pull up to 100 lbs.

+ Ability to adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

+ Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization.

+ Must have a valid Arizona drivers’ license and clean driving record.

+ This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment. One of the essential job functions is the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
