**Responsibilities**

**Position Summary:**

We have a cornerstone and highly visible position for a Director of Major Campaign Gifts. In this role you will serve as the primary Foundation member responsible for growing and maintaining a comprehensive major gifts program.

You will research and manage a full portfolio of major donors and prospects, overseeing written cultivation, solicitation and stewardship plans, utilizing a moves management approach to engage prospects and donors. You will strive to build strong relationships with major giving donors and prospects and actively develop a major giving pipeline of larger gifts and increased revenue.

In addition, you will work with our Chief Philanthropy Officer to identify potential programs and projects for major gift support, and help lead the development of cases for support, and the proposals and materials needed to make such activities successful.

**Qualifications**

**Required Education and Experience:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field required, or a combination of education and/or additional job-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.

+ Minimum of five (5) years of not-for-profit fundraising and development experience required.

+ Minimum of three (3) years direct work experience as a fundraising professional with a major gift portfolio required.

$54.12 - $78.47 /hour
