As a Lead Field Service Technician - HVAC - NIAGRA License here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee our HVAC Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. Your expertise in HVAC systems and NIAGRA License will be crucial in providing technical guidance and support to field service technicians. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations by ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Your leadership and technical expertise will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction, business growth, and the success of our field service operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee the HVAC Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

• Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Conduct TLRAs for all tasks according to Honeywell policy and regulatory requirements.

• Report near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement using the SOS system.

• Commissioning Control Systems

• Install pre-engineered software

• Checkout control systems

• Start-up control systems

• Commission control systems

• Tune operations as per customer requirements or job specification

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in HVAC field service or a similar role

• NIAGRA 4 TPC License

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• 6 Years of HVAC systems, control systems, mechanical system operation and building facilities. Honeywell installed systems HVAC product knowledge

• 6 years’ experience with building systems. Programming, PC, and general network knowledge.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
