Assembly Mechanic

As an Assembly Mechanic here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of our products. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the assembly process, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and maintaining a safe working environment. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will contribute to the success of our production operations.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location.

In this role, you will impact the quality and efficiency of our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and specifications

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of the assembled products

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve assembly processes and procedures

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly or a related field

• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

WE VALUE

+ High school diploma or GED

• Technical certification or vocational training in assembly or a related field

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles

• Strong problem-solving skills
