**Responsibilities**

**Our next RN Residency program start date will begin March 3rd, 2025** . Participating Departments: ED, ICU, Telemetry, Med Surg, Orthopedics, Pediatrics. Completion will be based on 100% validation of competencies during your clinical hours. Our target candidates are baccalaureate-prepared nurses who have graduated within one year prior to the start of the program, and who have not previously worked as a registered nurse or interim permittee.

**Qualifications**

+ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing within the past 12 months from start of program (Gradution 3/2024 or after).

+ 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience.

+ An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state they will be practicing (interim permits cannot be accepted) upon hire.

+ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required prior to start of program.

+ Additional Certifications to be required based on department selection.

This position is represented by SEIU L121RN and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement

**Pay Range**

$44.06 - $44.06 /hour
