**Responsibilities**

Answers and completes hospital calls and performs other related duties.

**Qualifications**

+ Three months to one year of hospital PBX or other business PBX experience or telephone company preferred.

+ High school graduate of equivalent.

+ Basic knowledge of PBX operations.

+ Excellent Customer Service skills.

+ Ability to learn and operate the Nortel 2250 PBX Console. Basic knowledge of PBX operations.

+ Must read write speak and communicate proficiently.

+ Ability to work under pressure in stressful situations

**Pay Range**

$23.00 - $27.90 /hour
