Overview
Alliance Behavioral Care is a growing network of behavioral health residential facilities that serves adult men and women who have been diagnosed with serious mental illnesses. We use a relational and strengths-based treatment approach aimed at assisting our clients to achieve their full potential and the highest level of independence. We have 10 locations throughout the valley in Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix, and Goodyear.
We believe in promoting from within the agency. Our Facility Managers, Regional Managers, and Administrator all started out as direct care professionals. Working at Alliance feels like being a part of a family that genuinely wants you to succeed.
Our mission revolves around giving back to the community and the people we care for. The leadership team regularly volunteers at various agencies whose mission is aligned with ours.
An ideal candidate would have an intrinsic drive and experience fulfillment by making a difference in the lives of others. Being patient and understanding are definitely a must for working with this population because living with a severe mental illness can be very challenging and make everyday tasks a struggle.

When you come in you will fill out a paper application and we will discuss the available positions to ensure you understand what it entails. I will collect the required documentation for your employee file and assist you in obtaining anything you don't have at that time.
