**Position Summary...**

**What you'll do...**

Operates forklift following Company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.

Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers throughout the facility by managing inventory flow; following company policy and procedures for utilizing equipment appropriately; merchandising; working inventory exceptions; correcting shelf capacities; and completing and retaining required paperwork, logs, and other documentation.

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self- service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services.

Maintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; following procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials; following company steel standard guidelines; and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to management.

Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly zoning the area; stocking and rotating merchandise; removing damaged or out-of-date goods; setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; maintaining modular integrity; receiving, sorting, staging, and delivering merchandise; ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise; processing defective merchandise; following company and regulatory policies and procedures for sanitation and food safety; and monitoring the area of shrink, security risks, and safety.

Ensures club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking club pick up orders throughout the day and staging; ensuring products are selected and staged according to company policy and procedures; ensuring Merchandising Associates pick orders within acceptable timeframe and are staged properly; and performing occasional audits for accuracy.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

**Overview**

The Merchandiser I is responsible for performing merchandising activities, constructing displays, and stocking SGWS products in retail accounts as requested by sales teams or retail customers. About the Role

In this role, you will be the expert in store operational processes, supervising store operations while working alongside and leading associates to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency. You will teach, coach, develop and supervise associates while completing all operational processes focused on consistent execution and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

+ Execute sound operational processes including freight unload, receiving, processing product, stockroom management and omni channel fulfillment

+ Support inventory accuracy by timely and accurate completion of all required merchandise disposition practices

+ Maintain appropriate levels of product on the sales floor by processing incoming freight, managing an accurate stockroom and directing floor replenishment as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes

+ Support the training processes for new hires on the operations team, ensuring associates are skilled on process best practices, proper inventory procedures, productivity standards and how to leverage Kohl’s tools and resources

+ Support and partner with the merchandising team in store on merchandising incoming product, ensuring partnership on product placement and brand standards

Key responsibilities for this position include:

+ Works on assigned line to assist with packaging of yogurt containers by way of machine and / or hand packing.

+ Manually stack yogurt cases onto pallets according to specified patterns and weight limits to ensure stability during transport.

+ Upholds quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas.

+ Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient plant operators.

+ Set-up oncoming shift for successful run.

+ Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team.

+ Obtain information necessary to perform duties at pre-shift and post-shift meetings with off-going associates.

+ Vigilantly monitor equipment operations for indications of impending problems and possible operational improvements.

+ Packaging associates are responsible for satisfactorily operating the corrugator and palletizer machines.

Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate based in Casa Grande, Arizona.

The Warehouse Forklift Operator supplies all departments ingredients and packaging material and moves finished goods to the distribution center using a standup forklift. Warehouse Forklift Operators will load and unload trailers, and may be required to pick up, move, and/or manipulate products by hand. Strong written and verbal skills are essential.

Full-time opportunity. This is a 12-hour shift (06:00 AM – 06:30PM) on a 2 – 2 – 3 rotation. Up to $22 per hour, depending on knowledge skill, and experience. Shift differentials for 2nd shift (10%) and 3rd shift (15%.)

Description: As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist with the Fluke Phoenix Team, you will perform material management including: receivals of incoming material, packaging and shipment product, material organization and presentation and keeping material areas clean and organized. You will interact with the planner buyer, operations manager and assembly, calibration, and machining team. This position works in our manufacturing facility and interacts with other manufacturing cell associates, Planner buyer, and operations manager daily. Our facility is well lit and air conditioned.

Responsibilities:

+ Receive and unpack incoming items and ensure shipment accuracy

+ Pick, package, and ship orders accurately to domestic and international customers.

+ Ensure that all shipped orders are safely and securely packed and properly labeled

+ Ensure all shipments are transacted in the Oracle ERP system.

+ Determine best method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.

+ Collaborate and communicate with Calibration Technicians, Assembly Technicians and Order Management, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.

+ Perform data entry into the Oracle ERP system

+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shipping and receiving and workstations organized and well kept

+ Maintain packing list and outbound shipping paperwork.

+ Maintain dock and exterior shipping areas.

+ Load and unload trucks with walk behind lift.

+ Monitor and order packaging and shipping materials.

+ Support and follow all required safety standards

+ Requires intermittent periods with continuous physical exertion, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and moving material or equipment that may be heavy (50+ pounds

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to use intermediate math to solve problems and analyze data.

+ Capable of interpreting documents and instructions.

+ Good organizational and communication skills.

+ Familiar with MRP/ERP system: Enters data into Oracle

+ Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office programs (Word/Excel)

+ Must be an independent worker who requires minimum supervision
