**About this role:**

You will be responsible for managing key control operations, inclusive of executing written procedures, escalating when required, and ensuring proper evidence stewardship. **Required Qualifications:**

+ 7+ years of evidence stewardship and experience with control traceability

+ 5+ years of control operation and management experience in Technology Change Management processes

+ 5+ years of experience preparing presentation material for executive leadership

+ 3+ years of data analysis experience and reviewing large data sets to identify themes and insights

+ 3+ years of leadership experience in guiding teams through complex process transformations

+ 3+ years of stakeholder management experience including building relationships and influencing key decision makers

+ 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow

**The Role**

This role will support Mesa site maintenance programs, including preventive, predictive and corrective work to ensure proper system operations. This position supports facility wide industrial piping/mechanical systems and is expected to support advanced troubleshooting and problem solving related to issues regarding piping/mechanical performance in the field applications.

**External US**

**Key responsibilities for this role include:**

+ Work in a safe manner and in compliance with safety, environmental, and Facilities department policies and procedures.

+ Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair:

+ Process piping, mechanical equipment, centrifugal and diaphragm pumps used to for process and lab operations at the Mesa site.

+ Industrial fixed, rotating, and mechanical equipment such as pumps, piping, valves, motors, fans.

+ Follow maintenance process requirements, including use of SAP to identify equipment issues, obtain parts, document findings, track labor hours, capture repair history, etc.

+ Inspect, evaluate accuracy, and maintain heat exchangers and valves at the Mesa site

+ Troubleshoot process pumps, piping, and valves to confirm operable to design/manufactures recommendations.

+ Remove, replace, repair, as needed, inoperable mechanical equipment from facility wide manufacturing systems

+ Write procedures to maintain and repair equipment when required

+ Maintain good housekeeping and quality of workmanship

+ Support and participate in EH&S, Quality, and Facilities department programs and requirements. Other hybrid maintenance duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor

**REQUIREMENTS**

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ 6 to 8 years of experience working in an industrial, manufacturing environment

+ Previous experience in plumbing, process piping, or mechanical equipment required

+ Working knowledge of centrifugal/diaphragm pumps, lined piping, PFA/Kynar piping

+ Familiarity with function of heat exchangers and pneumatic operated valves

+ General knowledge of SAP working platform preferred

+ Strong computer skills (MS-Excel, Word, Google Mail, Drive, etc.) required

+ Detail oriented individual, able to manage multiple tasks with input from various individuals in the maintenance and engineering department

+ Must have a valid Arizona drivers’ license and clean driving record

**The Role**

The Senior HVAC Maintenance Technician fills a critical need in Fujifilm's chemical plant operations. Our Senior Maintenance Technician supports all product areas within the facility and performs multitude of tasks. These include troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks (mechanical and electrical) for process equipment, site utilities (HVAC, compressed air systems, and chilled water systems) and general site needs.

**Key responsibilities for this role include:**

+ Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Sr. Maintenance Technician will:

+ Work in a safe manner and in compliance with safety, environmental, maintenance policies and procedures.

+ Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial fixed, rotating, and electrical equipment such as pumps, piping, valves, motors, fans. Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical distribution equipment across a range of voltages (480V-120V AC and DC control voltage).

+ Follow maintenance process requirements, including use of Maintenance management software (SAP) to identify equipment problems, obtain parts, document findings, track labor hours, capture repair history, etc.

+ Use and maintain hand tools, power hand tools, and power equipped tools. Read, understand and apply information found in maintenance equipment manuals and troubleshooting guides.

+ Write procedures to maintain and repair equipment when required.

+ Communicate effectively with contractors who perform maintenance or upgrade work on key site systems and equipment.

+ Maintain good housekeeping standards and excellent workmanship.

+ Support and participate in Environmental, Safety and Health and quality department programs and requirements.

+ Perform any other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager

**REQUIREMENTS**

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ 10 years of maintenance experience required, with at least 5 years’ at Journeyman level; certification required (HVAC, Chiller, Electrician, etc)

+ Minimum 5 years' experience working in equivalent role in an industrial, manufacturing environment.

+ HVAC and Chiller experience required.

+ General knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance module is preferred.

+ Must have a valid Arizona drivers’ license and clean driving record.

About the maintenance technician position:

We’re looking for a talented maintenance technician who will be responsible for addressing an array of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned property.

+ Perform various maintenance functions including repairs to the following: electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance as dictated by state guidelines.

+ Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair.

+ Perform various proactive preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, golf-cart, elevator and more.

+ Maintain work order system by verifying all orders are completed in a timely manner to company standards and the resident’s satisfaction.

Maintenance Technicians Maintain the efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds in a supportive role.

Responsibilities include:
