    **Job Summary**

    Performs leak investigations, turn on and off meter, carbon monoxide testing, responds to emergencies-after hours call out, assist in leak survey by responding to “no-access” calls, monitors odorant concentration levels, installs gas meters, assists C&M crews when necessary, perform all job functions to standard distribution service policies. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

    **Job Responsibilities**

    · Turn gas service on and off

    · Build meter loops

    · Conduct general maintenance and repairs. Install, remove and adjust gas meters and regulators.

    · Inspect odorant pump stations for proper operation and level of odorant

    · Perform high bill investigations

    · Check for and repair gas leaks

    · Size meters and regulators according to customer appliance demands

    · Locate gas services and mains

    · Complete necessary paperwork such as service orders, leak survey orders, damage reports, etc. electronically via laptop computer and wireless connection.

    · Operate and maintain company vehicle, complete related reports

    **Minimum Requirements:**

    Required Experience and Education
